Getting started

From sign-up to your first interviewed candidate, in five steps.

You get 3 free interview credits when you create your company, so you can try the whole flow before paying. Setting up a job takes a few minutes.

The five steps

  1. Create a job. On Jobs, press New job. A title is enough; paste your job post if you have one.
  2. Correct the brief and build the rubric. We draft what the interviewer should look for. Fix it with a few taps, then press Build the rubric. See Setting up a job and the rubric.
  3. Review the rubric and publish. Check the criteria on the job page, edit anything that's off, then press Publish.
  4. Share the job. Send the apply link, or add the Apply button to your careers site. See Sharing the job.
  5. Review scored candidates. Each applicant is interviewed and scored. You read the evidence and decide. See Reviewing candidates.

The dashboard shows a short checklist with these steps until you've done them. You can hide it any time.

Before you start

When you sign up you accept the data processing agreement (DPA). It's required by GDPR because Verso processes candidates' data on your behalf. You only do it once. See Data, privacy and GDPR.
