Troubleshooting and FAQ

Quick answers when something doesn't look right.

The apply link shows “not found”

The job is still a draft. Open it and press Publish. If there's no Publish button, the rubric isn't built yet: finish the setup first.

The rubric is taking a long time, or failed

Building it usually takes about a minute; the page updates by itself. If it failed, the job page says why. Open the setup and press Rebuild the rubric to try again.

I published the job but nobody has applied

Check the apply link opens in a private browser window, and that the Apply button appears on your careers site. See Sharing the job.

Candidates applied but didn't start the interview

They can start any time from the link in their confirmation email. Some do it the same evening. If you're out of credits, they can't start until you add more.

A candidate shows “Error”

Something went wrong reading the CV or scoring. Open the candidate and press Retry.

Which languages are supported?

Interviews run in Romanian or English; the candidate chooses. The dashboard is in English for now.

Can candidates cheat with ChatGPT?

The interviewer follows up on each answer and digs into details from the candidate's own CV, which is hard to fake live. Long pauses, leaving the tab and pasting are shown to you so you can judge for yourself.

How do I close my account?

The owner can delete the company in Settings. Every job, candidate and teammate login is deleted straight away, and unused credits are lost. A team member can delete just their own login there.
