How credits work
- A voice interview uses 1 credit. A text interview uses ½.
- Setting up jobs, reading CVs and scoring are included.
- The credit is used when the interview starts.
- If a candidate abandons the interview at the start (fewer than two answers within a day), the credit comes back automatically the next day.
- Credits don't expire while your account is open.
- New companies get 3 free credits.
When you're low, a banner appears in the dashboard. With no credits left, candidates can't start an interview, but their applications are kept. Add credits and they can continue from their link.
Buying credits
On Billing, add your invoice details once, then pick a pack: Try (10 credits), Team (50 credits), Pro (150 credits). They're one-off purchases, not a subscription. You pay on Revolut's secure page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Purchases are final and not refundable, except where the law requires it.
Currency and VAT
- Romania: prices in lei, plus 21% VAT.
- Other EU countries: prices in euro. If your VAT number passes the EU VIES check, no VAT is charged (reverse charge). Otherwise 21% VAT is added.
- Outside the EU: prices in US dollars, plus 21% VAT.
Prices on the Billing page are shown before VAT, with the total underneath.
Invoices
We email the invoice to your billing email within 5 working days of the payment. Its number then shows in the payments list on the Billing page.
